Cancellation Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment. Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. New clients are required to complete all necessary intake forms prior to their appointment. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice ("No Show") will also be charged a $50 no-show fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges. Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
